I Googled the issue and found out people saying that splitters can retain slower belts within them ( pretty sure I built this line straight to 120pm belts also ) even if you upgrade to faster ones. I removed the splitter and everything's working as Connect the high priority belt to the input of the first splitter. The effect is that there is no transition from one belt to another, as it's all one continuous belt. This is how some curved belts are created in some crazy builds. Conveyor Mergers can be either built separately, stacked on top of another Merger or Conveyor Splitter, or built directly onto a Conveyor Belt. This should merge the belts together into a single unit.
