Whenever I started PZ the resolution would default to 1280x720 and not the whole screen is visible, a workaround for this is going to the options menu and changing the mode from windowed borderless to fullscreen, then set the resolution to 1920x1080 and set the mode to windowed borderless again. If I go to options, resolution, and drop to 1920x1080, the screen does the usual flashing after I hit "Apply", and then I get the prompt "Do you want to keep these settings? EDIT 2: I found a fix that lets me change the resolution to 1920x1080 (we'll see if the game is playable, but it looks good for now).
