I'm on my 3rd Oct 17, 2025 · Game won't start - Downloading Content 0% just got kicked out of match, game will not reload it keeps saying Downloading Content 0% whenever I click on play, cleared cache, verified integrity is also stuck at 0% May 26, 2024 · Clear download cache (this restarts steam) Log into a different account and launch dota (this will verify the files properly without getting stuck on "dowloading content" - it takes about 10 minutes on a pretty high end PC) Save it as dota-emergency.
