Calculus in business reddit. Hi! I'll be taking Math Analysis for Business aka Business Calculus. For example if the question asks for you to find the derivative of 25x 3, you would type in "derivative [25x 3]" on the calculator and it'll give you the answer. If you have retained at least some memory of algebra and pre-calculus, you'll get around to learning business calculus well enough. Hello everyone, I've registered for Business Calculus for next semester and I've heard mixed things about it, some find it difficult, and some find it doable. In business calc, they barely test you on the theory (things like Intermediate Value Theorem, Mean Value Theorem, Fundamental Theorem of Calculus, etc). Some universities don't require calculus, but a less difficult math class instead. Calculus is given a bad rap because of classes like calc 2 where you apply some concepts to infinity and volumes of objects, but you wont go there. Those courses are mostly applied math rather than pure math, but you still need to know the basics. My last mathematics class College Algebra I took senior year in High School. Can anyone give me an idea of what to expect? Accounting is going to be more straightforward math, but at many universities, it's one of the most failed courses. ydud bziuv fcqmcpof poas ejosyej qkhhz tsxlq btole ibuiiy invudsd
